Active RN in prison 2 years, CNA in hospital 2 years, Correctional Officer/Sergeant 7 years.
High school drop out, GED, dropped out of college first time, returned 7 years later.
Volunteered with low income state child care center, and with foreign students practicing English.
Shadowing total 66 hours.
No research.
