3.4 sGPA and 3.6 cGPA with a 509 MCAT. I am not an undergrad anymore and currently work as a clinical research coordinator. I am currently an IL resident but may switch my residency to WI since that is where I did undergrad and am currently working/living at.

have over 200 hours of shadowing: from both undergrad and at my current job
Over 200 hours of community service: both clinical and non clinical. I want to get more but not sure of opportunities due to covid
Have about 300 hours of lab research but I currently work on clinical trials
I have over 500 hours of leadership experience
Easy over 1000 hours of clinical experience with my job

I know my stats aren’t stellar which is why I need help creating a list. Also should I change my residency to WI or keep it as IL?

I suggest these schools with your stats:
Illinois
Rosalind Franklin
Loyola
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Creighton
TCU-UNT
NOVA MD
Wake Forest
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
George Washington
Penn State
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Seton Hall
New York Medical College
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Also apply to DO schools and I suggest these:
CCOM
DMU-COM
KCU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
MU-COM
AZCOM
PCOM
LECOM (all schools)
VCOM (all schools except Monroe)
CUSOM
There does not appear to be any particular advantage to residency in one state over the other.
