You can delete Ohio, Illinois, Toledo since they are state public schools that accept few OOS applicants with your stats. Also Case is a far reach for you. Consider adding schools such as:
Quinnipiac
Albany
New York Medical College
Temple
Drexel
St. Louis
Creighton
Tulane

The above are some decent options - just knowing that some are lower yield due to high app/matriculant ratios - but you should likely still apply there given the stats.

St. Louis has 10th percentile cGPA of 3.63, sGPA of 3.58.
I would skip St. Louis as you're below their 10th percentile GPA.
