I would delete the following:

Drexel
EVMS
Florida State
Indiana

Temple
South Carolina
Michigan State
Oregon Health and Sciences
Penn State
Rutgers New Jersey
Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson

Sidney Kimmel
TCMC
University of Alabama

Pittsburgh
VCU
Virginia Tech

These are state schools that don't accept many out of state students unless you fall into one of these categories: 1. you have amazing stats 2. you have very strong ties to the area (i.e. went to high school there, grew up there, something along those lines) or 3. you attended undergrad there (and even in this case it's a stretch).

Some of those schools might accept more OOS people, that you will have to check using MSAR. Don't bother applying unless >20% of the incoming class is OOS.

Consider adding:
Wake Forest
Quinnipiac
New York Medical College
Georgetown
GW
Tulane
Rosalind Franklin
Creighton
SLU
Rush (note: big service commitment)
Loma Linda (note: strict religious requirements)
Loyola Stritch
UVA - you're IS, can't hurt to apply IMO

Please note that these are suggestions and that you should do research on the school to see if you fit the mission/stats before you apply to them. You'll have the most luck with your in-state options. Hope that helps, good luck! :)

These are the schools on your list that are reasonable choices. Pitt is a reach and the other schools are state public schools that accept few non residents with your stats.
Drexel
EVMS
Temple
Penn State
Sidney Kimmel
TCMC
VCU
Virginia Tech
You could add schools such as:
West Virginia
