MD 3.65/3.45 GPA, 518 MCAT, chance for top tier schools?

Hi there, i’m wondering if anyone has any insight as to my chances at top institutions. some info: i have a 3.7/3.5 at my home institution, but performed poorly on some classes (calc 1 and 2) at a community college while in high school so my overall gpa is 3.65/3.42, but have a great grade progression, averaging a 3.9 my most recent year. I have what i would consider to be a good range of activities and a good PS. Considering my high MCAT (518) but subpar GPA do I have any shot at the UChicagos and Dukes of the world?

that’s great actually, I had a lot of those schools on my tentative list. any further thoughts on Dartmouth, Duke, Einstein, or Brown?
