Your best chances are the Texas schools. OOS schools generally interview few Texas applicants since the yield is low since they know they will attend a Texas school if accepted to one. In 2015, 1411 Texas residents matriculated instate and only 215 out of state. OOS public schools such as Florida, Cooper, Ohio State and Central Florida are very unlikely to offer an interview. You can try the other schools on your list.

You could add Quinnipiac, Oakland Beaumont, Western Michigan and Roseman (new school accepting applications sometime this year).
