ECs include:
3 years of research: 6 posters, 2 first author, 2 single-author publications
a year of tutoring at different places
3 years of hospital volunteering
50 hours of shadowing

NO LEADERSHIP yet
Going to join the Americorps soon.

Any guesses if I can make it to a med school?

Are you trying to join Americorps before you apply to medical school? If that's the case, I would try and make sure that your MCAT won't "expire" before you apply (since most schools only accept MCAT scores taken after a certain date).

You are screwed. With a GPA less than 3.8, you simply don't have what it takes to be a doctor. Find another career.
 
Hey in all seriousness, I had similar stats to the OP last year (he has a bit more ECs, but not much) and I didn't get in to a single school (Applied to 30).
 
OGMD, can you tell me more about your 1st cycle?
