The lack of shadowing is going to hurt you but I don't know if you should wait another year to get it. Could you shadow telemedicine sessions or something for 8 hours or more? That aside, you should apply to your state schools, some mid tiers, and some top 20s. Good luck.

I'd actually wait until next cycle since you don't have much physician shadowing and from the way you describe your hospital volunteering. Come back and get those shadowing/clinic hours up. Your lack of community service volunteering is also striking, though I have to wonder a bit about your employment with security/police what that involves.
