Thanks @Goro! Do you think I need/should apply to some DO programs?

I would say you stand a good chance of getting in without needing to apply DO, however, this process is such a crapshoot. If you're fine with either degree, it couldn't hurt to apply to a few of the well established DO schools. But only do that if you would consider going there.

Delete: UCR (unless you are from the IE) and MD. Apply to both AZ schools.
Your stats are a bit low for USC (I know you will apply anyway!).
You should get enough interviews to stand a good chance.
