Your Michigan schools are where your best chances are. U Wisconsin, Minnesota, Kansas accept few non residents with your MCAT. Mayo is a reach. You could add Toledo which takes half their OOS matriculants from Michigan.

add OK State (DO school even though I doubt you'll need to go DO) based on my class they seem to really love OOS athletes. Plus, they love people interested in rural med, which will make your essays very easy to write. Very legit school (as far as DO goes) with lots of resources, own teaching hospital, residencies, sub-specialty fellowships ect. ect. ect.
