I would try to shadow 10ish hours primary care, get some other hospital volunteering 40-50 hours, and one more underserved volunteer experience, and another leadership/teaching experience if possible. California is a tough state as an applicant you want all the help you can get. An adcom can better speak on your school list.

You could remove schools such as Virginia Tech, Cooper, Rutgers, Geisinger, Oregon since they accept few non residents with no connection to the state. NYU and Emory are reaches.

I count 15 schools on your list where you have a fair to good chance of an interview. That's usually enough. Some primary care shadowing would really help at these.
You could easily eliminate another 15 without changing your odds of admission.

Of you list, above is what I recommend. Also consider U Miami, Creighton and SLU. Invest in MSAR and rule any schools where your sGPA is < than their 10th %ile.
