Your overall app is strong - I see no real weaknesses. 35-40 schools would be overkill. I'd remove some of the OOS public schools where you have no connection (Northeast ohio, Toledo, Downstate etc.) and aim a bit higher - consider Sinai, NYU, Case Western etc.

It’s a good list in the sense that you’ll get interviews. But 45 schools (aka 45 secondaries) is very tough to handle. I don’t think you need more than 30 schools frankly.
