Schools such as Loyola and Georgetown are looking for many more clinical exposure hours than you have. Virginia Tech has a small class with a regional bias. You could add any of these schools:

NOVA MD
TCU-UNT
Medical College Wisconsin
Western Michigan

You have a good application and a pretty good list. You have a good shot at getting interviews at the NY state schools.
