Here are my stats:

background & stats:
-3.90 cGPA (Dean's list) 3.86 sGPA and 511 MCAT
- Caucasian female, not disadvantaged
-FL resident
-double major in biomed and public health (just finished junior year) at state university
-LORs from physician I work for, dean of honors college, "research"/honors professor, public health prof, and cell bio prog
-200+ hrs volunteer hours from hospital
-150+ paid clinical experience (scribe)
-50+ hrs. from research seminar through honors college, publication pending
-50 hrs. shadowing
-120+ non-clinical volunteering through various places

ECs (other):
Leadership: exec board member of honors student council 2 years (member for 3)
General chemistry peer leader x 1 semester
PAMSA member
Sorority (with leadership position)
National/world-level competitive Figure skater x 15 years(wrote about in personal statement)
studied abroad for month in London (received scholarship from University president)

What schools would you suggest to apply to? My biggest concern with my ECs is that I don't have lab research or volunteering with under-served populations. I would love to go to schools in north east, but do not know if I have a realistic chance. For what it's worth (probably not much), I can write strong essays. @Goro @Faha

You have enough in clinical experience and some really unique ECs.

I suggest:
Rochester (maybe)
Hofstra (maybe)
U Toledo
Dartmouth
U VM
Miami
Tufts
George Washington
Georgetown
SLU
Albany
Rush
Rosy Franklin
NYMC
MCW
VCU
EVMS
Wake Forest
Netter
Jefferson
Temple
Drexel
Creighton
Tulane
Loyola
Uniformed Services University/Hebert (just be aware of the military service commitment)
Oakland-B
Seton Hall
Nova MD
ALL FL schools
Any DO program. I can't recommend Touro-NY, Nova, Wm Carey, LUCOM, for different reasons. MSUCOM? Read up on Larry Nasser and you decide.

Thank you for such a quick response and great recommendations! My one question is should I take into account my OOS status? I know some schools don't accept a very high number

OOS status does not matter for the schools Goro listed. The schools listed are mostly private schools that do not have an in-state biase, or state schools that have historically accepted many OOS applicants (check through MSAR).
