3.9 GPA, 37 MCAT, CA Resident - Which Schools?

Hello,

I was planning on apply this upcoming cycle for 2016 Fall Enrollment and wanted to get assistance on which schools to apply to:

Stats:
3.9 sGPA, 3.9 cGPA
37 MCAT (14/11/12)
Engineering student (one of top 3 eng schools)
CA Resident

Activities
3 years of research in various fields (2 pubs, multiple conferences/awards (local + international))
1 summer in a NIH Program Internship
2 years as Resident Assistant
2 years volunteering at a homeless clinic
3+ years director/member for engineering design org (multiple clinical projects with doctors)
2 years leadership in engineering student org
1 year volunteering at hospital (120+ hrs by application cycle)
Shadowing with doctors in various fields (60 hrs by application cycle)

I have the following school list. I feel that my list is more top heavy, but I want to maximize my chances to get in this cycle (adding more safeties). Any help is appreciated:

Looks pretty good already. Minor tweaks I'd make: Oregon HSU is a tricky school...they don't tend to like us CA applicants, and they often go for non-trads - I'd take it out unless you have some specific reason for wanting to go there.
I might also add Mt. Sinai and Albert Einstein, and hell, maybe even Cornell if you wanted some more NYC schools. Otherwise, honestly, I think you're fine, even though it's pretty top heavy. Given what you've shared, you're pretty competitive at most schools, and I applied with similar stats and only about 20 schools and was fine.
