@Goro @Faha thank you so so much!
With a 505 MCAT score, you have a huge number of donations on your list.

And with your score, you also need to have DO schools on your list as well. Beggars can't be choosy.

Do not apply until you have your new score

The 7 OOS state public schools on your list accept very few (if any) non residents with a MCAT of 505 and no connection to the state. U Alabama and South Alabama are the only realistic schools. If you score higher on the MCAT you could add other schools. Post your score here when available.

Should I submit my app to just south Alabama so I can be verified and then add schools based on new MCAT score ? I applied to Louisiana bc I was born there and both parents did residency at Tulane , applied to schools in AZ & MD bc I have family there..

I know my MCAT score is low that’s why I’m retaking ..Difficult for me to know which schools to apply..feedback from UAB was that it wasn’t my MCAT score

Would cross out University of Washington off your list, because their in-state preference is notorious. Have you thought about Mississippi or Georgia schools?

You need a better MCAT, and imo not a BMS program unless you are offered direct linkage.
505 with a 3.9 - around 50% of people with your stats matriculated to an MD program.

You’re at the top of the list for GPA. MCAT should be your focus and applying to more schools.

Mississippi accepted zero non residents last year and Medical College of Georgia only 7.
Ah, thank you! Disregard MS for sure then. I was thinking other places like Emory or Morehouse (although I know Morehouse is more tuned towards GA residents), but I guess it would depend on the new MCAT here.

Morehouse is private so has no preference for in-state vs OOS.
If you're URM or have service to URM then Morehouse would be an option.
