Please help with school list. I know I have a lot of low yield schools so I was wondering what I should cut out and what schools should I add.

Clinical experience is very low. Might be worth it to take a gap year if you need it to get 200+ clinical hours and primary-care shadowing. Other than that you're pretty good...although those low hours are a bit of an albatross around your neck and will hold you back at top schools to be sure.
