Soon to be AMC student looking for 2 clean, responsible, non-smoking, serious med student housemates. The bright and airy 2nd floor apartment boasts 3 large bedrooms each with their own window and closet, a front entrance closet, 1 bathroom with a separate shower and a bath tub, a full-sized kitchen with a gas stove/oven along with another eat-in area, a large dining room, living room, office with a desk, and front as well as back enclosed porches. Each room in the apartment has a window in that provides additional brightness/sunlight. The only furniture required are beds and dressers. The wood floors have been re-done, new appliances and it's been newly painted. Hot water is included. All other utilities are shared.
The best part is its location in a quiet neighborhood with ample street parking. The apartment is literally two short blocks away from AMC so a car isn't even necessary. The landlord is also conveniently located next door and is responsible for snow removal. The 1st floor tenants are med students.
