3 BR house in Philadelphia suburbs

I am a PCOM OMS-III. My fiance and I have a business about an hour away from our house where he is presently living, so we are looking to rent the house to 2-3 reliable med students. We are looking at May 1 as a move-in date although we can be flexible, and are still working out the rent but it will most likely be moderate to low for Philly with utilities paid by tenants. The third bedroom is quite small so one person may want to take both the smaller bedrooms; on the other hand there is plenty of space to hang out downstairs. The house is about 2 miles down City Line Avenue from PCOM with plenty of shopping nearby; students from other med schools could reasonably commute by car. The neighborhood is composed mostly of young families.
