I think a 30 MCAT is too low for USC Keck. According to the MSAR, their median MCAT is 35 and their 10th percentile mcat is 31, which means only 10 percent of their matriculating class had a 31 or lower mcat. So that's about 18-19 people out of 184 matriculating students that had a 31 or lower mcat in the class of 2019. The 3.7 GPA is around their median matriculating GPA. Obviously it can't hurt to apply if you have the money and time, but chances of admission aren't very high unless you are a URM (underrepresented minority) or have an extracurricular activity that really stands out.
