300+ KA of PSY/SOC section

I already went over the kaplan book for that section, then did the section bank and recognized a lot of term have not been covered in that kaplan book, then I turned to KA 300+ pages and saw a lot of new terms... actually A LOT... But is it worth to go over every single note in that Khan academy 300+ page notes?
I also saw some KA 100 pages, so what is the difference between the two?

Do the 100 page and know EVERYTHING on it. I took the exam on June 30 and although there were terms I still didn't know, if I had known every single detail on the 100 page document, I would've known more of the questions.

Edit: Just realized this was extremely wordy lol. Just know every detail on the 100 page document, and you'll be happy.
