My stats and experiences are:

31 (9VR, 10PS, 12BS) MCAT
4.0 cGPA 4.0 sGPA

180 hours clinical volunteering (ER and a medical trip abroad)
~35 hours nonclinical volunteering
~55 hours shadowing
~270 hours research (neuroscience and sociology research)
~100 hours working in physicians office (non-medical related work)

Around 3-4 strong letters of rec, 2 probably cliche

I plan on applying to these schools and I'd like to know what you guys think:
University of Arizona (Tucson+ Phoenix)
University of Michigan
University of Washington
University of Miami Miller
University of Colorado
Georgetown
Wayne State University
Michigan State University
University of Colorado
University of Connecticut
Tufts
University of North Carolina
Wake Forest
University of Cincinnati
University of Tennessee

Are there schools that you guys think I should just eliminate or possibly some reach schools I should add in?
Also, I would like to attend California schools but most people I've talked to say that it's unlikely I'll get in with my stats so any comments on that would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Also I plan on applying only MD if that helps

If you are from OOS and not WWAMI, you have little chance at UWashington. UColorado tends to prefer more active clinical experience than you have mentioned. Your nonclinical volunteering is weak for Georgetown. Instead, maybe consider Rush, Oakland, UToledo, and Rosalind Franklin.

Any peer leadership or teaching?

Thanks for the response.

No leadership or teaching experience. What do you think of the rest of the list?
