I have been told by Kaplan that the QBanks are 'identical', ecept for the fact that they take out about 1200 medicine questions and add about 900 OMT questions. Admittedly, this is what I have been told about Step 1 prep, but I think it probably holds true. The questions are the same, except for the addition of OMT.
