FloridaAccumulate 50 hours of in person shadowing (including primary care) in the coming year and you will be competitive at many MD schools. Where is your state of residence ?
more or less what I was thinking, just not sure how competitive id be at t10sI suggest these schools when you apply next year

Try to beef up research and definitely snag a nonclinical position for at least 1 year before if ur really set on t10s. I mean with your stats it would be a disservice to not at least do the bare minimum...with them alone you have a strong chance at t10 IIs but your current profile would make it a hurdle to get past the interviews or even at some screens for volunteering.more or less what I was thinking, just not sure how competitive id be at t10s
