Accumulate 50 hours of in person shadowing (including primary care) in the coming year and you will be competitive at many MD schools. Where is your state of residence ?

more or less what I was thinking, just not sure how competitive id be at t10s

will ofc also be applying to UCF if only due to alma mater bias and low COA

Try to beef up research and definitely snag a nonclinical position for at least 1 year before if ur really set on t10s. I mean with your stats it would be a disservice to not at least do the bare minimum...with them alone you have a strong chance at t10 IIs but your current profile would make it a hurdle to get past the interviews or even at some screens for volunteering.
