Research every year
community service, etc, is all probably good enough.

MCAT all 11's, but a K in the essay! That's probably going to kill me, right? And I'm late.
I didn't take a course for the MCAT or really prepare for it in any specific way.

I'm a music major, too. Could this be a negative factor?

I still need to get LOR's, but I know who I'm going to ask and it shouldn't be a problem.

Both GPA's are too low for medical school. Consider going to the Caribbean or being a nurse practitioner in Mexico.

well i am 3.9/34P, research 4 years but but very little else in the way of ECs, and I got a Pitt interview invite a few days ago. I'm also OOS. On the interview scheduler there were a few days still open in October, tons in November, tons in December. So clearly they are still going to be inviting plenty of people.
