4th year rotations to prepare for PM&R

Besides doing 4th year rotations in PM&R, what other types of rotations would you recommend in order to prepare for PM&R. I plan doing rotations in ortho, neurology, sports medicine (actually PM&R/sports medicine), and OMM since I want to incorporate manipulation into my practice.

Any other suggestions?

I think I'm gonna do a pain management elective as well as a spine elective. Ortho would probably be interesting, but I want nothing to do with an OR now that surgery is done ;-)
