When I started residency, our program gave us a PDA and loaded it with a lot of useful programs. Now that I'm about to finish, I'd prefer to carry an Smartphone only.

Do you guys know where I can get free medical softwares i.e. 5 min consult (which I used a lot)?

if you get a smartphone with the same OS as your PDA you should be able to switch all the software over to the new device.

Actually, the lic. for those programs probably belongs to the residency program, so loading them on the new PDA if he is finishing his residency would be in violation of the lic. agreement.
