Your chances for MD are low with your stats. You could try the 4 SUNY's, NYMC, Albany and Quinnipiac. Realistically you should be concentrating on DO schools and apply broadly to at least 12 schools. You may need a DO LOR for some schools. You will need to apply outside the NYC area for DO schools as the 2 schools in the NYC area are competitive. If you can increase your MCAT to 508 your chances for DO would improve.
