Does scoring a 125 on all 4 sections =500 mean that I will definitely score 50th Percentile..Also lets say if I score a 497 can that be in the 50th Percentile?

My 500 was the 48th percentile on my test.

Are you sure? The MCAT percentiles are set each year prior to exam administrations and a 500 has never been lower than a 50th percentile since the exam began in 2015. For 2015-2016, it was 51st percentile. For 2016-2017, it was 53rd percentile. And for 2017-2018, it is 50th percentile.

Percentiles are set each year before the exams are administered. So the answer for this year (until April 30, 2018 anyway) is no - a 500 is the 50th percentile. That number might change again but as the AAMC collects more and more data with more test-takers (increasing n), the percentile ranges will settle down and each successive year will change less and less. See above comment for data.
