I have 90 hours of shadowing now, 150 hours of clinical volunteering, 50 hours of non clinical, and 400+hours of research. I would like realistic comments on my school list thank you, and I am a Texas Resident.
Reaches:
Baylor
UTSW
Florida
Miami
UT Dell
Targets:
UTH (McGovern now)
UTMB
Texas A&M
Texas tech
UTSA
USF
UCF
Fall backs:
UTRG
Texas Tech in El Paso
DO (really don't wanna go this route)
I don't really know what other schools to add so any advice would greatly be appreciated.

The Florida schools prefer their own residents. You should receive several interviews from your Texas schools. If you want to try OOS MD schools consider these:
Tulane
Quinnipiac
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan
Seton Hall
NOVA MD
California University (new school)

Honestly, you’re probably fine only applying IS with those stats. Baylor and UTSW may be a reach, but not impossible. Your stats are similar to mine and I got 3 interviews in Texas as OOS.

No more shadowing needed. Moving forward, add more clinical hours to 200+ and non-clinical hours to 100+ (if possible), and you will be set for TMDSAS schools...
