516 MCAT/3.91 GPA WAMC/School List - advice greatly appreciated!

Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well. I'm having some trouble finalizing my school list - any advice & guidance would be appreciated as I work through secondaries. Thank you all for any time & input you are able to share!

1. cGPA: 3.91, sGPA: 3.89
2. MCAT: 516 (131,127,128,130)
3. State of residence: Ohio
4. Ethnicity and/or race: Asian
5. Undergraduate institution or category: Large Public Institution
6. Clinical: 100 hrs volunteering ICU, 100 hrs volunteering on patient floors, 80 hrs volunteering with child abuse/familial violence victims at a large hospital, 100 hrs paid front desk attendant (checking ppl in, transporting) at campus hospital
7. Research experience and productivity: 2000 hrs in wet-lab doing research in preventative medicine + gene therapy (2 pubs, 4 posters), 200 hrs in health policy think tank doing research on adverse childhood experiences (1 pub, non-peer reviewed)
8. Shadowing: primary care, neurology, orthopedic surgery, pulmonology (75 hrs)
9. Non-clinical volunteering: 200 hrs teaching incarcerated individuals/learning communities, 70 hrs suicide hotline
10. Gap Year: currently in gap year, projected 1900 hrs of research at a T5 institution doing full time research on preventative medicine/machine learning/adverse childhood experiences.
    
    Leadership:

• Founding team member: non health related startup with ~$75,000 in funding (left to pursue medicine more deeply). Won a $50,000 funding competition.
• Co-founder + leadership: education-oriented nonprofit to bring education to incarcerated populations
• Founder, Leader: health-tech startup (competitively placed at one competition) (startup stalled, but joined lab for my gap year with similar mission as startup)

1. Honors: Summer Research Grants for home institution, full COA undergraduate scholarship + cohort, Deans list all years, National Service/Volunteering Award
2. My Why Medicine: upbringing with adverse childhood experiences, able to make change in this community with research + volunteering, desire empower+care for vulnerable populations (in general) via translational research + informing policy + doing clinical care

A little top heavy. Looks like a fairly strong application overall with a lot of potential for writing a compelling app, though a little low on clinical hours. Add some OOS schools with low total app numbers and high OOS interview rate, up to you which ones you prefer.
