A long-time lurker emerges... after reading over these years I finally find myself at the application starting line. Here goes! and thanks in advance for the help!

cGPA/sGPA
: 3.93/3.92
MCAT: 517
FL resident, large state school, biochem major, not URM

Research (500+ hrs): 2 years biochem (1st author book chapter); 1 year biology research; .5 year microbio research
Shadowing (200 hrs): primary care/internal, radiology and ophthalmology- including patient interaction, experiences in private offices, hospitals, nursing homes and OR's.
Volunteering Clinical (100 hours): hospital volunteer with patient contact
Volunteering Non-clinical (60 hours): organization empowering local underprivileged youth, hospital admin volunteering
Employment (400 hours): office supervisor in an administrative office of a university department (300hrs), academic tutor
Other EC's (1000+ hrs): student magazine editing staff member, club sport president, member of various committee/advisory boards, executive in overall university club sport program board
Academics: member of two honors programs, full merit scholarship student

Is my approach too top-heavy and not more centered in the middle? Are my GPA/MCAT even viable for the top schools? I'm still making a more detailed pass at the MSAR, so I ended up just putting alot of schools potentially out of my league and state schools. I'm hoping Florida will have pretty good yields for me!

Baylor, Harvard, Yale, Chicago, UCLA
Emory, Duke, Dartmouth, Michigan, Sinai, Texas Schools (UTSA/SW/Houston)
Georgetown, Tulane, Drexel, Pitt, UMiami
Florida, UCF, USF-Morsani, FAU, FIU

Again, thanks!!

Your Florida schools are where your best chances are. The Texas schools accept few non residents. You could receive interviews at the competitive schools (Harvard, Yale, Chicago, Duke, etc.) but they are unpredictable.
