Final notes: I would really appreciate help with my school list (I'm worried it's too top heavy) and maybe some calming words to help me relax over my low(er) sGPA. I think the problem is as a psych major my 4.0 in all my psych classes isn't doing anything for my sGPA. Hopefully the cGPA and MCAT make up for this. Thanks for all the help.

- sGPA: 3.59 - 3.65, depending on what PSYC courses are counted (my sGPA is by far my biggest concern)
- MCAT: balanced 518
ECs (clinical):
- ~150 hours volunteering at city hospital
- ~120 hours volunteering at community medical clinic
- ~80 hours volunteering in school EMT org. (great patient contact, over 200 hours nonclinical, also hold an Exec position)
- ~60 hours split shadowing 3 different physicians, various specialities
ECs (nonclinical):
- Played a D1 sport freshman year
- ~550 hours split between 4 different psych based labs, 2 poster presentations (1 primary author, 1 secondary), one lab was a paid position at a T10 research school
- ~150 hours volunteering at a local homeless shelter (underserved community)
- ~75 hours at school's Red Cross Club
- ~25 hours as a PreMed "mentor" for underclassmen
