I'm working on my aadsas application and am filling out the experience portion. I've been in the Army for 10+ years and a lot of my bosses have retired. I am still in contact with a few on FB that really mentored me, but for the most part I don't have telephone numbers or e-mails for the O-4s to O-6s that have retired in the last five years. Even both of the O-3 COs that I had as a lieutenant are out of the army now.

I'm annotating that people are retired on their title. Is there anything else that I should be doing?

doesn't matter. fill out best you can. supervisors and bosses move around in the civvie world too, just not as frequently.

letters from your faculty will be much more important. The schools aren't gonna contact your former employers unless there's a question mark on your application.
