Hey,
I've had a few questions and my pre-med advising group hasn't been available for a while.

My school has an issue with too many students and not enough seats for classes. So chances are I won't be able to take physics and biochemistry until a semester later. Is it possible to apply to medical schools while still working on a few of the prerequisites?

I am planning to take the 2015 MCAT in April. I think if I spend this summer studying, and study throughout the semester, I'll be in decent shape. Is anyone else planning to do this?
If you are, what books/resources are best?

I know what I need to do over the next two years: maintain GPA, complete courses, MCAT, volunteering, etc. I already have volunteer hours and shadowing/observation down, however I need to find a research opportunity. For those in the New York area, what are some of the internships that are flexible and run throughout the semester?

Thanks.
