Also, with respect to 6, 7, 8, 10, and 11: How are these "problems" interfering with or impairing his normal functioning? (Beyond mere inconvenience or social awkwardness.) Before "treating" such things, it is expected that one determine that there is an actual problem to treat, not just a variance in preference.
