A question about NMS qbank for step one?

people said nms qbank is good, the questions r tougher than kaplan qbank...
is nms qbank something u do online like kaplan? or is it a book u purchase? could someone clarify that? thanks!

The NMS questions are in a book with and come with a CD-ROM containing the same questions as the book.
