2.) Origins of life/man (entirely creator, pure evolution, hybrid evolution/creation "God directed evolution")

3.) Favored government? (direct theocracy, human theocracy, monarchy, capitalist democracy, socialist democracy, anarchy, communism, fascism, national socialism)

4.) Mental illness? (believe it exists, believe in certain kinds of mental illness, believe it DOESN'T exist)

5.) Euthanasia? (no circumstances, some situations, patient's right to choose regardless of circumstances)

6.) Abortion? (no circumstances (including rape, health of mother), some special circumstances, with restrictions in the last trimester, at any time and for any reason before birth)

7.) Gun control? (no guns for civilians, tight control, moderate control, loose control)

8.) Stem cell research? (none, adult or umbilical cord only, embryonic and other forms)

9.) Organ transplantation? (never, yes if has no influence on donor outcome, yes in more liberal circumstances "pull the plug to get the organs")

10.) Adultery? (should be legal, should be illegal/punishable)

11.) War? (total pacifist, support self-defense wars, support wars to defend interests of state, support pre-emptive attacks)

12.) Capital punishment? (support, oppose, neutral)

13.) Contraception? (support if prevents conception only, support if prevents implantation, oppose, neutral)

14.) Affirmative action? (support, oppose, neutral)

15.) Prayer in schools? (support, oppose, neutral)

16.) Gay civil rights? (support, oppose, neutral)

17.) Gay adoption? (support, oppose, neutral)
