You definitely do NOT need to worry about those 18s, you've more than made up for them with your amazing TS and PAT! Trust me, I'm sure others can vouch for this as well, some of my pre-dental friend's have been receiving interviews with a subscore (or two) even lower than 18...bottom line: you are good to go!!
