You could receive interviews at these MD schools with your stats so apply to all of them:
Howard
Meharry
Morehouse
UCLA Drew
All 4 SUNY's
Albany
New York Medical College
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Seton Hall
Drexel
Temple
George Washington
NOVA MD
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Medical College Wisconsin
Loyola
Rosalind Franklin
St. Louis
Creighton
TCU-UNT
Tulane
Also apply to at least 12 DO schools and I suggest these:
NYIT (both schools)
PCOM (all schools)
LECOM (all schools)
VCOM (all 3 schools)
CUSOM
ARCOM
ACOM
MU-COM
UIWSOM
Apply as soon as possible and submit all your secondaries by late July.

I can’t believe you didn’t get in, especially since you only applied DO. Besides the MCAT retake what have you done to improve your application for this cycle? Did you get any interviews? If so are you on any wItlists or were you rejected post interviews?

Looks like they applied with a 495 and retook this year to get a 503, so that's at least one strong improvement.

I am mostly interested in applying to DO schools

@Goro @Faha would really appreciate your help, thank you
I think you're fine for any of them. I can't recommend Touro-NY, Nova, Wm Carey, LUCOM, for different reasons. MSUCOM? Read up on Larry Nasser and you decide. LMU has an accreditation warning, which concerns me.
Suggest:
NYITCOm
UNECOM
both PCOMs
LECOM
LECOM-B
MUCOM
CCOM
KCOM
DMU
Touro-CA
TUNCOM
AZCOM
both Westerns
KCU
BCOM
CUSOM
Both AR schools
