Though I swore after medical school that I would never return to southern California 
, I'm thinking seriously of going to the next AACAP convention (in San Diego, Oct 24-29th). My child & adolescent advisor strongly recommended it--and now that I'm about to be a 3rd year, and member of the leisure class , I'd love to.
Anyone have any experience with this conference? Is it well-attended by program directors? Do schmoozing opportunities abound? I'll be seriously pregnant by then!
