AACOMAS GPA lower than actual GPA?

So my actual GPA on my transcripts is a 3.45, and my AACOMAS GPA is a 3.44. What the heck? I retook two classes: O-Chem I got a C and retook for a B, and Calc I got an F and retook for a B+. I also failed chapel one semester which lowered my gpa, and I entered it as an F on AACOMAS, and I'm thinking that this might have lowered my AACOMAS gpa somehow. I guess the only thing to do is to call my school and see what might have gone wrong?

AACOMAS is the only GPA that matters. You're really questioning a 0.01 difference?

Some schools calculate GPAs differently. My school counts A-'s as 3.66666 while AACOMAS counts them as 3.7. As MedPR said, the AACOMAS grade is the only one that matters. There's no point in challenging it.

I suppose it'd be one thing if it took you from a 3.30 to a 3.29 but at the end of the day you're still 3.4x.

Same thing with me. My transcript GPA is a 3.47 and on AACOMAS it's a 3.46
