I remember how it was last year, craziness! Get your transcripts matching form printed and turned into your registrar ASAP. Also, the necessary letter of rec forms to the writers. YOU can do the rest, but your app isn't complete without their (registrar and writers) help, so get them going now!
My the registrar/Admissions and Records is flooded with requests at the end of each spring semester; I turned mine in the ~22nd last year, once grades semester posted, but they weren't sent until around June first because of the jam. By that time AADSAS had a ton of transcripts to verify and it ended up taking ~3-4 weeks for my app to be complete!
