What am I missing? If you look at the AAMC outline of what you need to know in BIO and then the Table of Contents of some of the review books like TPR, not all the topics are covered. Do you have to mix and match content from various sources. How do you rank the materials out there in BIO from Best to Worst ?

Would appreciate your help

Yeah some prep books will miss things that you need to know. To fill in the gaps go b/w different prep books, mcat-review.org, and YouTube/Google.
I think TPR bio is the best of all choices.

google stuff. mcat-review is excellent, but only if you're proficient in the material and need a refresher. I'd recommend scouring the internet for the missing content review, beats buying a book and wasting time!
