AAMC Course Work out of order

Is anyone else having a problem with the course work being out of order? For example, my Fall 2013 and Spring 2013 courses are all mixed together. Am I doing something wrong? Will it be a problem if I submit the application like this?

go to the main AMCAS menu. Click "print application" with popups enabled. You will see your app PDF. You will see that in the PDF version the courses are in chronological order.
