Can anyone comment on the level of Biochemistry on AAMC FL 3? I haven't taken it yet, but I just wanted to get a general idea as to if there are a lot of metabolism details needed to do well on that test

Take the test to find out. You will not have the same info going into the actual test.

I know that, but the reason I wanted to know is because it will help me decide whether I should keep my current test date or postpone. I just want to know if there is a lot of specific metabolism memorizing questions on the 3rd FL. If there is, then I have to spend a week memorizing all the metabolism pathways and structures again. However, if the biochem. stuff is more research oriented like AAMC 1 and 2 where you can find the answers in the passage, then I can take AAMC 3 earlier and decide on my test date 🤔 I hope that makes sense lol

If you do not have the time, I would make sure to study the salient aspects of each pathway, and how the pathways interact. You may see a couple discretes testing specific pathway knowledge, but I don't think the risk of missing these questions is a reason to postpone.
