AAMC self assessment results

Please give me some feedback. I am taking my exam tomorrow. PLEASE TELL ME IT WILL BE ALRIGHT AND ILL GET A 30. AAMC practice test scores a kinda inflated for me because I have already taken them before. I have not taken the self assessments till now. I am not a genius that gets everything, just a hard worker.

Verbal -74 +10
Ochem - 85 +24
G.Chem- 92 + 26
Physics- 79 +25

Are these supposed to be good indicators of actual results? I thought they just tested knowledge of the fundamentals and weren't reflective of actual test questions?

Well all the questions come from previously administered mcat exams so they must be reflective to some degree
