AAMC won't let me reschedule my MCAT. Anyone else having problems?

Hi everyone.

I'm looking to reschedule my MCAT because I found a location that is more convenient for me. I've been trying to reschedule but every time I press the confirm button I get the message "an unexpected error has occurred on your application. Please start over." Unfortunately, they're closed today (probably tomorrow as well because of the holiday) so I can't contact them either. Is anyone else having trouble with the website or is it just me? This new location will save a lot of travel expenses and I'm worried the seats will fill up soon.

I've also tried different computers, browsers, phones, and credit cards.

Hi! I am also having this problem. I have tried everything: different cards, computers, search engines. Nothing works, I have called them and tried to fix it over the phone and they say that my card is being declined. It works for everything else. Did you ever get this problem resolved? I really need help!
