Hi Folks,

Anyone here preparing for the boards?

I just thought we could xchange information regarding preparations for board examination. I am sitting for the boards in May, 2004.
If anyone here who has already passed boards or have any knowledge about the exam could give some guidance regarding the examination. Please tell me...the right way to study for the exam.
Thanks!

hey al,
I think taking a prep course will help. I am sitting for the test this year and took the Kessler course. I will let you know if it was helpful on the actual test.

Do you know anthing about the pain boards?

rehab doc,

I have heard that Kessler course is better than NYU course for boards. Is it true that Kessler course materials and 'Secrets of PMR' is sufficient to pass the boards? Have you read Braddom or delisa text books once? How is your preparation for the exam?

BTW, I dont have any info abt pain boards. I am interested in Pain fellowship after residency. If i get into Non-accredited pain fellowship or Non-Passor recognized fellowship...am i eligible to take pain boards?

What is your plan after residency?
Goodluck in your Boards.
