About AECOM

Does anybody know for sure if AECOM looks at LOR's before they invite you to interview? or do they just look at them after they interview you?

I am just wondering because I know that some schools look at them after your interview (ex: JABSOM). Just wanted to see if AECOM looked at my letters before giving me an invite =)
